Houselink and Mainstay Community Housing (HLMS) is Toronto's largest non-profit supportive housing provider resulting from the recent amalgamation of Houselink Community Homes and Mainstay Housing.
Managing nearly 53 residential locations with over 1,100 units in Toronto, we serve individuals with complex mental illness and addictions, working closely with partners to advocate for homelessness solutions.

Caretaker Full Time Contract 2 Positions
We are an essential service with the incumbent required to be in the office and community with all necessary COVID-19 protocols in place.
Reporting to the Manager, Building Services, the role involves cleaning, janitorial, grounds maintenance, snow removal, refuse removal, and light maintenance at specified properties.

Some buildings may not be smoke-free, and elevators may not be available.
