    Senior Patent Coordinator

    Hybrid Work- on average 3 days/week from our Mississauga office

    As a Senior Patent Coordinator, you will be taking on a role that offers a variety of interesting, important and demanding work.

    You will be providing essential and specialized support relating to the filing, procurement, and maintenance of patent applications and patents throughout all phases of US, European and international patent prosecution.

    Direct national stage filings with foreign counsel and submit formality documents

    Team Support:
    Participate in and contribute to special projects and initiatives that elevate our processes.


    At least 5 years' experience working with US, EP and foreign patent prosecution and formalities in private practice, and/or an in-house IP department.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a diverse and international team of attorneys, staff, and inventors.

    Proficiency with USPTO, EPO and/or ePCT online filing; proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and MS Excel.

    An undergraduate degree and/or a recognized qualification in Patent Administration.
