    Description

    SAIT's Continuing Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) focuses on non-credit programs supporting corporate training, the individual learner and international projects.

    We complete all background activities required to set up our products for students to purchase and experience several delivery options.


    Curriculum Development:

    The Subject Matter Expert (SME) is to make use ofany and allavailable resources, methods, techniques and strategies to ensure curriculum enables studentsuccessand in an engaged, hands-on environment.

    We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to create course content for a 40 hour blended Ambulance Driver course for our EMR program at SAIT.


    • You will provide strategic guidance and leadership in the area of

    Professional Driving:
    safe driving techniques and concepts.

    • Your primary goal is to ensure that the content of the courses provides an effective learning experience and meets the planned outcomes for the course as well as for the overall program.

    This SME opportunity will be on a part-time basis with involvement in meetings during regular business hours with stakeholders.

    30-50 hours of development to be completed by November years driver training/teaching experience
    ~ EMR Certification considered an asset
    ~ Experience in developing training materials is an asset
    ~ High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
    ~ A genuine interest in teaching and mentoring
    ~ Ability to work from home as development will be conducted through virtual meetings and engagement
