As a sales representative, you will join a dynamic team of compassionate, knowledgeable professionals committed to achieving results. Regardless of your division or location, the expectation remains the same: deliver consistently and offer top-notch customer service.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Represent multiple manufacturers in sales and customer service for Installers, Stores, and Distribution Centers (DC).
• Contribute effectively to sales growth through well-prepared sales interactions/training sessions with Installers, Store sales reps, Parts Specialists, Store and DC management on a regular basis.
• Recommend optimal inventory levels at DC, Store, and Installer levels to enhance sales while managing inventory turnover effectively.
• Drive sales planning and expansion in assigned territories, meeting annual Key Objectives for the DSF sales group. This includes direct sales to stores and installers, post-sale support, successful execution of promotions, programs, and product launches, and conducting product training at the DC, store, and installer levels.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research, possess comprehensive knowledge of all Banner, Major Account, and Marketing initiatives, identify sales targets for Installers/Jobbers and follow up by analyzing available sales data.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting on sales progress and challenges.
• Provide regional and DC support, including assistance with store openings, DC inventory, and other special projects.

To be part of our team, you should have:

• University degree or college diploma
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of aftermarket parts is a plus
• Ability to grasp sales techniques and strategies to drive lead generation and deal closures.
• Willingness to travel (up to 70%)
