    Internal Product Development Administrator

    Guelph, ON

    We are currently looking for an Internal Product Development Administrator to join our growing internal development team. As part of the internal development team this role is responsible for the quality and maintenance of animal records, these animal records influence the strategic decision making in the development and enhancement of Semex genetics and programs.

    Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of recipient records including pregnancy and health information into our ERP system
  • Create new donor and new calf data in our ERP
  • Track and update genomic decisions
  • Maintenance of inventory records and animal movements in the internal product development program
  • Process embryo inventory and track embryo data
  • Data quality and integrity monitoring
  • Maintain and develop SOP's
  • General administrative and Finance support

    • Qualifications:

  • 1 year of post-secondary education, Agricultural studies are an asset
  • 2 years' experience in records management
  • High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Comfort learning new software programs
