- Assist with JDE site timekeeping, asset recovery, site attendance, and audit process of daily timesheets as needed
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees; site orientation
- Collation of safety documents such as safety training tickets, site inspections, observation, training matrices, and coaching reports
- Support and track completion of management system required reads
- Update site organization charts
- Preparation of Productivity, Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports; update schedule reports
- Maintain site scorecard data and prepare on a monthly basis
- Follow project-specific filing systems, interfaces, and general document control processes, record retention policies and standards; manage the flow of information accordingly
- Communicate relevant information and standards to internal and external stakeholders when required
- Respond to telephone, in person, or electronic inquiries or forward to appropriate person
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically; photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
- Sort, process, verify receipts, expenditures, forms, and other documents
- Key in, edit, proofread, and finalize correspondence, reports, statements, invoices, forms, presentations, and other documents; record meeting minutes
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents as requested

- Completion of Office Administration program is an asset
- Minimum 3 years of previous administrative experience, preferably in construction industry
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)

- Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
- Able to learn new systems and processes
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, multi deadline, team oriented environment
- Sense of urgency and ownership over assigned tasks
- Ability to multi-task and with strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Follows company policies and procedures

- Travel to onsite/project office will be required from time to time
