    ACADEMIC PROGRAM MANAGER

    FACULTY OF SKILLS AND FOUNDATIONAL LEARNING

    NorQuesters are difference makers and we're looking for a leader to join us as an Academic Program Manager in our Academic Upgrading and Integrated Training program.

    Reporting to the Dean, Faculty of Skills and Foundational Learning, the Academic Program Manager supports the Faculty, acts as a liaison, and works towards an effective learning environment. The role focuses on enrolment management, academic policy, and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives.

    HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

    • Provide input on Program Development, Faculty Development, and more.
    • Support senior leadership in administrative and operational areas.
    • Ensure effectiveness in the learning environment.
    • Resolve academic appeals and manage program reporting.
    • Oversee Timetabling activities and enrolment management.

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Master's preferred.
    • Permanent teaching certificate.
    • Leadership experience in a post-secondary environment.
    • Online teaching experience.

    SALARY: $111,219 - $139,052 based on education and experience. Full-time permanent position with pension and benefits.
