    The Account Manager, GDI Central is the voice of the client within GDI - and the master of all aspects related to their client portfolio.


    Responsibilities:

    • Retain and renew client contracts.
    • Grow the "share of wallet" with the client – including new sites and upselling.
    • Form excellent relationships at all levels in the customer's organization and within GDI.
    • Monitor operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with GDI Operations to ensure consistent delivery of highquality service.
    • Being the communication bridge for the client to the GDI administrative departments for all nonoperational facets of the account, including accounting, finance, human resources and legal
    • Being the accountable leader to ensure implementation / execution of any special operational projects and/or communication campaigns gathering relevant information from the client and explaining to Operations to ensure clarity of the ask.
    • Collaborate with various levels of GDI Operations and Sales teams, to develop valueadded service solutions and proposals.
    • Prepare, coordinate, and hold business reviews.
    • Lead RFI's, RFQ's and RFPs related to your client portfolio.
    • Participate in contract negotiations / renewals.
    • Participate in Industry Events and Networking opportunities.
    • Maintain CRM / contract management related to client portfolio.
    • Inform company of new developments in the market
    • Maintain a high level of competitor knowledge in terms of services, pricing, innovation & capabilities – and communicate them within GDI so the company can action as needed.
    • Travel as needed – following discussion with Manager.
    Qualifications

    • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
    • Master's degree is considered an asset.
    • Previous experience in an account management role is an asset.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to manipulate data and create impactful presentations.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools within Excel.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
    • Confidence and and poise in presenting to clients, with a focus on building rapport and trust.
    • Proactive mindset with a focus on problemsolving and driving results.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and Clevel
    Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
