    Description

    Civeo Crown Services Employees LP is currently seeking a Front Office Administrator (FOA) for the SURMONT lodge. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, focusing on reservations and customer service as part of the Front Office Team. Working closely with the supervisor, this role involves a 20-day on, 10-day off rotation with 10-hour shifts covering days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Providing administrative support to the Front Office Supervisor
    • Handling Data Entry tasks
    • Assisting Guests with reservations and inquiries in person and over the phone
    • Ensuring exceptional customer service
    • Performing other assigned duties

    Qualifications:

    • Meeting deadlines for email, telephone, and guest inquiries
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hotel reservation systems
    • Willingness to work varied shifts
    • Previous front desk experience in hotels is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
    • Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
    • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
    • Ability to pass a pre-access Drug & Alcohol test

    Working Conditions:

    • Rotational shifts in remote environments
    • Manual dexterity required for computer use
    • Overtime may be necessary
