    What you'll do:

    • Lead the strategic development of the university's data infrastructure for enrollment management.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance data-informed decision-making.
    • Promote data literacy and advance data science capabilities within the institution.
    • Manage a team of remote analysts to ensure high-quality data products.

    What you'll bring:

    • Master's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in data management, with leadership experience.
    • Proven track record in designing data infrastructures and leading analytics projects.
    • Experience in higher education or consulting is preferred.

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm (may include evenings and weekends).

    Salary Range: $122,418 to $187,707 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
