Que ce soit le Modavie le Kyo le méchant ou encore les terrasses, Nelligan et Place D'Armes sont fréquentés par une clientèle branchée, tant locale qu'internationale à la recherche de plats et de cocktails délicieux afin d'égayer leurs papilles.

    Dans ce rôle, vous assurerez le succès d'une offre de restauration unique, en hauteur prisé par la communauté montréalaise et ses visiteurs.
    Votre rôle inclura l'atteinte des objectifs du restaurant, la satisfaction de la clientèle ainsi que la gestion et la mobilisation de l'équipe.
    Vous serez responsable de la planification, l'organisation, la direction et l'exploitation du restaurant fin d'assurer son efficacité et sa rentabilité.
    Vous agirez également à titre de guide afin de mener l'équipe à surpasser l'excellence de l'expérience client tout en contrôlant les frais d'exploitation.

    Assurer une communication efficace et continue avec la cuisine de manière à assurer le déroulement fluide des différents services
    S'assurer de la satisfaction de la clientèle pendant et après le service
    Gérer les insatisfactions, offrir des solutions aux clients selon leurs besoins et faire le suivi approprié s'il y a lieu
    Diriger, motiver et inspirer une équipe de professionnels de la restauration dans nos activités quotidiennes.

    Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de gestion dans un restaurant haut de gamme
    Bilingue français/anglais en raison de sa communication fréquente avec une clientèle internationale
    Expérience à maintenir des codes de service exemplaires tout en gérant du volume
