    About This Location:

    Our Home Office is located in the heart of Bloor West Village in Toronto, just steps away from Jane Subway station. This role is an in-person position with a requirement to attend the office on a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM.

    Arbor Memorial is currently recruiting for the position of an Enterprise Resource (ERP) Senior Project Manager.

    As an ERP Senior Project Manager with Arbor, you will lead a transformative project aimed at modernizing our systems, focusing on the implementation of the MS-D365 ERP solution. Reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office, you will leverage your extensive project management experience and skillset to lead the successful implementation of the new ERP system. The new system is designed and intended to improve productivity through automation and process efficiencies and overall service to Arbor's internal and external customers. This role requires close and ongoing collaboration with the Arbor PMO partners in its various business units, as well as with external vendors contracted to facilitate the delivery of the overall solution.


    Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities:

    General Requirement

    • 3-5 years of experience in managing ERP projects, preferably focused on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution delivery.

    • Proficiency in waterfall, agile and hybrid project and software delivery methodologies

    • Aptitude for business process mapping, requirements solicitation and definition, functional design, and end-user testing.

    Technical Skills

    • Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecyle
    • Aptitude for technical design, application configuration, interface development, technical testing types and solution deployment across environments

    Leadership Skills

    • Adeptness in motivation, inspiring and empowering project team members
    • Appreciation of knowing when to lead and when to let others lead
    • Expertness in facilitation skills to inform decision-making, issue resolution and risk mitigation
    • Organizational awareness
    • Ability to coach and facilitate stakeholder and user adoption of the solution
    • Adaptable in the face of ongoing change
    • People First, Results-Focused, Critical Thinking and Continuous Improvement mindset

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead all phases of the ERP project including: Planning, execution, monitoring, control of the ERP project.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts across all Lines of Business to inform decision-making and define the overall implementation journey.
    • Manage all elements of the Solution Delivery: Requirements, Functional Design, Configuration and Development, Testing and Cutover.
    • Own the development and maintenance of project resource plans, scope, timelines and budget.
    • Identify material risks and issues confronting the project and ensure appropriate response plans are defined and executed.
    • Ensure strict adherence to project change management process.
