    # Providing support to the Contracts Manager on all costing and budgeting related to residential low-rise and mid-rise construction. Providing quantity surveying and quantity takeoff
    # Providing and maintaining unit pricing and database for material and labor costs
    # Recording, evaluating, and comparing bids from multiple vendors and subcontractors
    # Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office suite; outlook, word, excel
    Ability to work with estimating software
