Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our Partners are always receiving the type of service quality they expectResponding to partner questions and requests (both through telephone, chat and email).Ask great questions in order to identify the Partners needs and efficiently resolve inquiriesTake accountability to solve issues from beginning to endProvide world-class customer service during every customer interactionDemonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our servicesRequirements:At least 1 year experience working inbound customer service or call center environmentExcellent oral and written communication skills in English and FrenchStrong interpersonal skillsExperience in fast paced work environmentProficient in Microsoft Office.
Full tim availability in our Pickering, ON head officeOperating Hours:
Monday to Friday to 8:00am to 11:00pm and Saturday to Sunday 9:00am to 9:00pm
