    We are on the lookout for a Service Coordinator to become a part of our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part within our Service Department, involving comprehensive administrative tasks related to addressing customer inquiries, managing quotes, work order billing, and coordinating dispatch activities.

    Job Title: Service Coordinator

    Responsibilities:
    • Handle processing, emailing, and monitoring all service quotes for customers, focusing on attention to detail.
    • Oversee customer portals to ensure service requests are acknowledged and completed, following up on any pending jobs.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding the status of service calls.
    • Assist in dispatch coordination by monitoring job details, dispatching technicians, and coordinating maintenance programs.
    • Price work orders for billing, process invoicing in QuickBooks, and manage follow-ups with Accounts Receivables.
    • Maintain effective communication with both internal staff and customers to guarantee top-notch customer service.
    • Manage project costs and track progress.
    • File work orders to uphold accurate and complete records.
    • Reconcile technician work orders with timesheets.
    • Provide administrative support and backup to the Operations Manager and Service Manager.
    Requirements:
    • Demonstrated proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, both over the phone and in-person.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge.
    • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing a heavy workload effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
    • Preferred related experience in mechanical trades.
