    The Rental Account Manager will have responsibility for both inside and outside sales.

    This role will grow with a career path toward Customer Development Manager and/or Business Development Manager roles in our Lease division.

    Develop brand new business opportunities

    Development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to identify and nurture new sales opportunities and increase rental revenues.

    Provision of ongoing support to existing accounts and to dealer network to ensure customers retention, generate additional or replacement.

    Attainment of sales goals at or above quota.
    Proven ability to effectively organize responsibilities and manage time.
    Ability to teach employees to be resourceful, effectively manage and quickly accomplish goals.
    Willingness to help out at the rental counter for peak periods and/or vacation coverage.
    Bachelor's degree preferred business or related field.
    Three (3) years or more of demonstrated success in a sales role required.
