    About the Job
    We are seeking a Sales Team Lead for Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be a team leader with a passion for Digital Ads and Sales, collaborating closely with Google Ads representatives to set and achieve team goals efficiently and with high quality.
    Offering an Annual Base Salary of CAD $60,000 with potential earnings up to 5%.

    Schedule
    • Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9-hour shift starting at 9 AM.
    Location
    • Candidates should be within commuting distance of our main location at Yonge & Eglinton.
    • Hybrid setup with four weeks of on-site product training.
    Qualifications
    • 3-5 years of experience in sales, product development in technology, advertising, or internet industries, along with management experience and a proven track record of market growth.
    • Over 2 years of leading a sales or digital ads team, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
    • Demonstrated ability to strategize and maintain client relationships, and account management.
    • Sales Leadership: Proficiency in creating and nurturing long-term business relationships, closing deals, and managing sales pipelines.
    • Business Leadership: Strategic and commercial acumen, proven track record in developing successful business strategies balancing short term goals with long-term sustainability.
    • People Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills, talent acquisition, development abilities, collaboration in a diverse environment, coaching teams effectively.
    • Strong analytical skills for performance evaluation and actionable insights for business growth.
    • Experience in leading call center sales teams with familiarity in Salesforce is a plus.
    Responsibilities
    • Directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the Google Ads sales team, ensuring priorities are clear, prioritized, and met.
    • Coach and mentor team members, enhancing their skills and problem-solving capacity, promoting continuous learning.
    • Identify and implement areas of improvement, enforcing standards, best practices, and promoting their adoption across teams.
    • Conduct regular business reviews and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with training teams to facilitate ongoing development for the team.
    • Act as a central escalation point for critical issues, ensuring prompt and effective responses during major incidents.
