    The Opportunity:
    Professional Services seeks an energetic individual to join our Content Practice as a Senior Practice Manager. The role involves managing a team, driving revenue through customer engagements, and contributing to presales activities in Enterprise accounts focusing on OpenText Documentum and OpenText Content Suite.

    In this position, you will collaborate with Professional Services Consultants, customers, Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and strategic partners throughout sales and delivery cycles.

    You excel at:

    - Managing, coaching, and mentoring a team
    - Improving team utilization through staffing and planning
    - Providing operational and technical thought leadership
    - Offering strategic insights on OpenText solutions
    - Interacting across departments and regions to scope projects
    - Delivering high-quality customer engagements
    - Communicating effectively
    - Delegating tasks efficiently

    Requirements:

    - 8+ years in professional services management
    - Sound technical understanding of OpenText products
    - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    - Ability to engage with diverse audiences
    - Analytical and problem-solving skills
    - Experience managing remote teams
    - Team player and quick learner
    - Proficiency in French is a plus
    - Current Canadian clearance is desirable
    - Revenue-driven role with billable component
    - Willingness to travel
    - Location: Virtual, Canada - Ottawa, Montreal
