    Recipe is looking for a Specialist, Operations Project, who will be a direct link to all key stakeholders in the business – Franchisees, Operations, Training and Marketing as well as central teams such as Sourcing, IT Restaurant Systems and Design/Construction to ensure accurate, timely, and effective operation standards.

    This role will support and develop the key brand or field operations initiatives as well as executing rollouts to field support.

    This will include project management on operations initiatives, testing, training, franchisee management, and supporting new store openings.

    What you will do in this role:

    Develop, operationalize, test and launch of new menu items, restaurant systems & processes and assist with special projects where appropriateSupport several key initiatives start to finish ensuring key deliverables are met and launched within established time frames Coordinate and lead the in-restaurant testing of operational components including menu, equipment and procedures; including selecting test locations, providing support during test, seeking & evaluating feedback and providing recommendations to the appropriate teamsDevelop, improve, and assist in the communication/deployment of operational initiatives as directed by the senior operations leadership teamManage Brand Standards of Operations and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to establish or update standards and evaluate effectiveness of standardsManage and support delivery and off premise channels including onboarding of new locations, menu maintenance, operational execution, and implementing new initiativesChampion the brand's vision and values and contribute to a culture of positivity and high standards What we are looking for from you:Minimum of 3 to 5 years Restaurant General Management or Field Operations experience Must understand task executions at the restaurant levelMust be able to leverage and influence across multifunctional teams and work well in a team or group atmosphereExcellent problem solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skillsProactive thinker with the ability to take actionEfficient program/project management skillsPassionate about Brand excellenceExcellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skillsStrong communication Skills in both verbal and writtenProficient in Google Suite Application (Docs, Slides and Sheets) knowledgeWhat's in it for you?Flexible/Hybrid work environmentYou'd be joining a close-knit, innovative team of creative and energetic go-gettersYou'd be a part of Canada's largest full-service restaurant company that leads the industry in size and innovation20% associate discount dining card and monthly dining allowance valid at participating Recipe brandsA welcoming, fun and safe work environment founded on respectCareer advancement opportunities with a company that owns some of Canada's most iconic restaurant brandsIndustry-leading benefits, wellness programs, and total rewards programsRecipe is committed to providing a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
