    Cost Control Coordinator

    Must have a Diploma and/or Post-Secondary education in Administration, Accounting, and/or Project Management or equivalent.
    Support the project team and perform other administrative duties as needed.
    Monday-Friday) Overtime when required.
    Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
    Support the project team when needed (procurement support, material receiving, invoicing, progress and quantity tracking).
    Reviewing data from software utilized by the project and operations team.
    Data entry/collection as required.
    Other administrative duties such as filing, correspondence preparation and updating multiple logs/tracking sheets.

    Research historical data (purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc.) Diploma and/or Post-Secondary education in Administration, Accounting, and/or Project Management or equivalent required.

    Project Administration, cost control and/or Project Management experience required.
    Knowledge and competence of various types of software (B2W, Eclipse, Asset Panda).
    Strong computer skills.
    Strong Excel skills and ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
    Proficient English language skills required.
    Diploma and/or Post-Secondary education in Administration, Accounting, and/or Project Management or equivalent.
