    Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

    Client verticals include Financial Institutions, Retail & Commerce and Digital Partners and many others.


    Mastercard's Loyalty is a part of Data & Services and works closely with major financial organizations, retailers, airlines, and other enterprises to provide a range of offerings that span data management, rewards and offers, and much more all to enable frictionless customer transactions and improve customer Loyalty experiences.


    The Rewards Product Team is looking for a Director, Product Management and Commercialization to lead the go to market for its Redemption Suite.

    This role will be instrumental in not only the roll out of new products to regions and clients but also the ongoing management of key internal and external stakeholders as well as key vendors that contribute to the product line.

    Acts as product and business owner and manages long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for a commercialized Redemption products
    Drive tangible data-driven business outcomes at the product level, manage to a quantified scorecard continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and optimizing product performance
    Interpret and apply program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap for the Products they manage, clearly communicating it to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
    Demonstrates expertise in facilitating collaboration across multiple markets, segments and products to achieve product commercial readiness.

    Drive a user-centric culture of data driven, test and learn experimentation, continuously assessing and enhancing the Product user experience.

    Demonstrate depth of knowledge of their Product and the ecosystem in which it operates (e.g. regulatory, legal, technology, competitive environment). Leverage data to quickly identify Product performance challenges, creating proactive plans to drive usage and revenues. Use data-driven analysis to prioritize resources to deliver against the plan
    Ensure that the broader Mastercard organization is enabled to sell focus Products by creating compelling communications & marketing content in partnership with Marketing
    Can deliver high quality products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly
    Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
    Proven track record of data driven decision making and applying continuous improvement and test and learn methodologies across teams
    Extensive experience building and launching products
    Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
    Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing executive leadership while commanding the respect of the individual product teams across the organization
    Experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plans in multiple markets
    Demonstrates an understanding of our performance and leadership bar and effectively applies it to hiring Decisions
    Successful track record strategically managing P&L for multiple Mastercard projects and products
