    Your opportunity:
    The Institute for the Study of University Pedagogy (ISUP) is the hub of teaching and learning research at UTM. ISUP supports student development through various programs and collaborates with faculty to enhance teaching practices. The Senior Educational Developer & Team Lead oversees Educational Developers, guides policy development, builds networks, advises instructors, and coordinates workflow. This role requires expertise in pedagogical theory, active learning, technology integration, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Consulting on tailored programming needs
    • Building relationships with strategic partners
    • Leading policy and procedure development
    • Implementing instructional strategies
    • Conducting program analysis
    • Advising on course materials
    • Directing a team of staff members

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Education or related field
    • Minimum eight years of experience in educational development
    • Engagement in teaching and learning scholarship
    • Expertise in program planning, facilitation, and faculty development
    • Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities
    • Proficiency in educational technologies and learning management systems
    • Facilitation, presentation, and teamwork skills
