    Description

    Are you energetic and ready to be a part of a winning team? As a member of the Stadium Operations team, you will be part of delivering an amazing Fan Experience by playing a key role in assisting with field of play and grounds maintenance to provide the best stadium experience for all events.

    This role requires a highly accountable individual to execute task delivery in a timely manner. You are required to work efficiently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced time sensitive environment.

    This is a full-time (salaried) position where the hours are based around field activities, business needs and events at the stadium. Events are primarily evenings, holidays, and weekends.

    What you will do:

    • Assist with the execution of painting, maintenance and line removal to ensure field appears vivid
      and continuously maintained
    • Execute and coordinate seasonal staff on Field of Play (FOP) setup and conversions between
      sporting events
    • Assist with equipment upkeep, maintenance and training
    • Assist with snow clearing and grounds maintenance
    • Assist with event preparation including set up and tear down when required
    • Other tasks and projects as assigned

    Requirements

    • Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and some holidays based on event schedules
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and work within tight timelines
    • Ability to work with limited supervision and have a positive attitude
    • A strong work ethic, an eye for detail and able to work flexibly in terms of responsibilities
    • Ability to communicate effectively, including strong verbal communication skills
    • Have a valid driver's license to drive equipment
    • Experience with operating and maintaining equipment with small engines preferred
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time
