    Department: Supply Chain
    Reports to: Manager, Supply Planning
    Location: North Vancouver, BC
    Your Opportunity at Arc'teryx: As a Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in inventory planning to meet company sales targets. You'll negotiate and plan factory capacity, procure finished goods, and manage supplier delivery performance to ensure On Time in Full (OTIF) orders. Collaborate with overseas manufacturers to align capacity plans with omnichannel inventory needs. Work closely with internal teams for successful supply and delivery outcomes. Contribute to key projects enhancing sales and operations planning. This role is based in North Vancouver with hybrid remote options for eligible candidates in Canada.
    Meet your future team: Join the dynamic and collaborative Supply Planning team overseeing overseas manufacturers to deliver global finished goods production on time and in full. Engage in process improvement initiatives across planning, procurement, and reporting.

    • Develop long and short-term capacity plans with the Sourcing team
    • Stay updated on economic and political events impacting factory portfolio
    • Support Merchandise Planning in creating and maintaining inventory plans
    • Procure finished goods and coordinate with Arc'teryx Liaison Office in Asia
    • Ensure factory fill rates align with negotiated capacity
    • Collaborate with various teams to enhance demand forecast quality and inventory strategies
    • Manage relationships with manufacturers for optimal performance and partnerships
    Are you our next Supply Planner?
    • 3+ years' experience in Supply Planning or similar role
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or APICS certification
    • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Proactive, flexible, and committed to problem-solving
