    Description

    Peter Lucas Project Management is a group of energetic and curious problem-solvers; we are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

    The successful candidate will support one of our clients in the Bethune, Saskatchewan area (located within Treaty 6 Territory).

    The Project Coordinator is responsible for:

    Managing smaller site support projects

    Gathering information from various stakeholders to determine scope, quality, schedule, and budget

    Working with supply chain and vendors to determine budget pricing, building project plans, schedules and budgets

    Preparation of funding requests, preparation of scopes of work

    Coordination with engineering teams, vendors and with construction and commissioning teams

    Monitoring and reporting project status and progress

    Managing project financials, project team performances, and project safety and risk

    other duties as assigned

    Salary: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in project planning and execution
    • Previous experience with heavy industrial projects
    • Experience coordinating Cogen projects is an asset.
    • Mech or electrical background preferred
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Projects
    • Experience with SAP is an asset
    • PMP designation is an asset
    • Are you currently eligible to work in Canada? (For example permanent resident, valid work permit, etc).
