    Executive Business Partner, Talent & Culture
    Fullscript is making optimal care easy for everyone.

    Through our care delivery platform, health practitioners can seamlessly design personalized health plans, provide support and education tools, and effortlessly prescribe and manage the use of healthcare's best supplements — all in one place.

    Since 2011, Fullscript has enabled over 90,000 practitioners to deliver care and has helped more than 5.As the Executive Business Partner, you act as a force multiplier for the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the Talent and Culture team, helping the team achieve its goals by keeping it running efficiently.

    You will also keep the team organized and on track by keeping a pulse on team and business needs under the direction of the CPO.

    As the right hand to the CPO, you will be a force multiplier by expertly managing selected projects, providing administrative support , coordinating schedules, drafting and streamlining communications, and helping the CPO spend time in the right areas to drive the strategic goals of the company.

    Embedded with the Talent & Culture team, you are the team's glue.

    You help the team achieve its goals by keeping the team running efficiently, including budgeting and oversight on the team's project portfolio.

    Support critical business reporting and planning dates. Coordinate on-site events, bringing energy and enthusiasm to team connections
    Run research projects and special initiatives.
    Get stuff done, step in to support the business as needed, and propose solutions to increase operational efficiencies.
    Comfortable with data and metrics
    Project/process management experience
