    Shape Our Talent:
    Lead the charge in hiring both hourly staff and salaried talent, driving our growth story.
    Manage essential HR processes, from employee orientation and payroll to benefits and documentation.

    Be the Data Dynamo:
    Ensure our HRMS and Kronos systems are up to date and reflect accurate employee information.

    Be the Change Agent:
    Facilitate internal job postings, transfers, layoffs, and more while navigating complex administrative tasks.
    Tackle monthly reports, turning data into insights that guide our decisions.

    Navigate Policies:
    Keep our policies and procedures up to date, fostering a compliant and efficient workplace.
    Ensuring our HR systems are up to date, like a conductor ensuring harmony.
    Leading the charge on policy interpretation, promoting fairness and compliance.
    Transforming data into insights that drive our strategies.
    A proven track record in HR, showcasing your ability to drive results and lead with impact.
    A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Labor, or Industrial Relations.
    Tech-savvy with a mastery of MS Outlook, Excel, Databases, and Word.
