    Description

    Salary Range:
    $100,000 - $140,000 (+annual bonus)

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a creative and analytical thinker who has a strong background in marketing and management.

    The ideal candidate is someone who can see themselves working up to becoming Chief marketing officer as the company scales quickly by working alongside the CEO.

    This person makes things happen and will have measurable stats that are tied to the increased revenue of the company.

    This position needs someone who knows how to lead a team with collaboration and is excited about leading projects, campaigns, developing innovative strategies to create strong results that meet the company's growth objectives.


    Key Duties & Responsibilities:
    Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the CEO to reviewWork closely with the CEO and dev team and collaborate on executing various marketing objectivesDevelop and manage the overall marketing department budgetOversee and manage the content creators, public relations, influencers and digital marketing agency to ensure key performance indicators are metIncrease website and app conversion ratesCreate, execute and track sales campaigns and email marketing that will increase salesEnsure marketing spend has an overall return on investment while strategizing how to lower cost per lead/acquisitionQualifications &

    Skills Required:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field5+ years of professional experience in a marketing role5+ years of management / leadership experience5+ years of managing e commerce/ omni channelsExperience in DTC growth as well as omni-channel retail developmentA strong background and knowledge in designer luxury or high end fashionProactive self-starter and a team playerStrong leader with experience in building and leading teamsProven track record of increasing leads, conversions and salesPassionate or strong interests in sustainability and designer luxury resaleTo apply for this position: Email directly with subject line Marketing Manager Position alongside your resume with a 1 minute video talking about why you would be the best person for this position.
