    We are currently seeking a Claims Assistant for our Real Estate Team!

    The main objective of this role is to support the Real Estate Claims team in delivering top-notch service to both internal and external clients.

    A Day in the Life as a Claims Assistant:

    • Initiates new claims, assigns adjusters, and reports claims promptly.
    • Monitors non-Program claims assignments.
    • Conducts courtesy calls for new claims.
    • Maintains accurate records of settled internal authority claims and provides monthly reports.
    • Produces Loss History Reports as needed.
    • Communicates with Insured parties and adjusters/examiners regarding claims status and updates.
    • Ensures all relevant claims information is accurately documented in the system.
    • Processes opening and closing notices and performs other assigned duties.

    Our Ideal Candidate:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and across different teams.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Effective time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
    • Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
    • Attention to detail and precision are key.
    • Capability to work well under pressure when necessary.
    • Level 1 license.

    The salary range for this position is between $52,000 and $77,000 annually, dependent on various factors including experience, location, and skill relevance.
