- Support a book of customers through service and advice on personal lines insurance products tailored to their unique needs
- Support Insurance companies by responding to their inquires
- Provide exceptional customer-service to both in-person and phone customers
- Review policies and ensure they were written accurately
- Work within regulatory and internal guidelines in respect to Insurance sales
- Provide full-cycle Insurance support including, writing new business, remarkets, customer support, quotes, payment processing, and cancellations
- Be active in the Insurance community, and be aware of any changes or trends
- Work in a team environment, providing support to other team members
- Represent Ives Insurance at brokerage, community and insurance company functions
- You have a valid RIBO license
- You have strong communication skills
- A problem solver, who loves a good challenge
- An organizing master, who is great with time management
- Passionate about supporting customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high level of accuracy
- Professional demeanor and appearance

- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and BMS
