- Build alliances to bolster ESG Data & Tech solutions.
- Outline technical requirements for applications, software, or platforms.
- Engage with clients to understand their technology landscape and future plans.
- Provide ongoing education to enhance skills.
- Create a learning environment within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience leading Data & Tech delivery teams.
- Understanding of building ESG data estates and centralized repositories.
- Knowledge of Data & Tech and Data Engineering foundations.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards.
- Experience with implementation projects in Data & Tech.
- Experience with enterprise systems and Cloud environments.
- Understanding of data platform services.
- Expertise in designing data platforms for large organizations.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Research and analytical skills to stay updated on industry standards and technologies.
