- Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, networking, and partnerships.
- Nurture existing clients, expanding into new markets to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic action plans for individual and company goals.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and establish interest in energy solutions.
- Travel to customer sites for meetings, presentations, and technical assessments (estimated 30% travel).
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize customer information, develop proposals, and coordinate opportunity flow.
- Generate quotations, respond to RFPs, and support regular reporting to the Senior Management Team.
- Promote sales to existing clients, consult post-sale for ongoing support, and adhere to company policies.
- Conduct thorough reviews of specifications and drawings.
- Develop material labor take-offs, coordinate price packages, and review estimates with Project Managers.
- Minimum 5 years in business development & account management in the Power System Industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a field environment with the Power System Industry.
- Field experience in Medium/High Voltage substation maintenance and projects.
- Effective communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Highly energetic, results-driven, collaborative team member.
- knowledge about the Maintenance & commissioning of electrical equipment (120V to 800kV).
- knowledge about the Testing and commissioning of protection relays, power transformer installation, assembly, testing, and re-gasketing.
- knowledge about the Instrument transformer installation, testing, and repair.
- knowledge about the Switchgear upgrades & modifications, testing, and repair.
