Proficient in providing tier 1,2 and 3 support in computer hardware and software installation, technical assistance to the users 

Experience configuring Cisco Switches, routers, firewall, VOIP telephone - Skilled in configuring and maintaining Domain, Active Directory. DNS, DHCP and Microsoft Exchange Server 

Proficient in configuring access point for Wi-Fi setup and VPN for direct access 

Good understanding of internet and TCP/IP protocols, like IP, ICMP etc.
