Experience

  • Assist to handle a full range of company secretarial duties for five companies listed in Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange and their subsidiaries.
  • Review listed companies publications, such as announcements, Annual Reports and Interim Reports.
  • Attending Board meetings, Board Committee meetings and Annual General Meetings.
  • Prepare corporate documents, such as meeting notice, agenda and minutes.
  • Handle a full range of company secretarial duties and services as well as statutory compliance for Hong Kong and non-Hong Kong companies; include company formation & maintenance, and other compliance work. For example, incorporation, changes of directors, transfer of shares, allotment of shares, update particulars of officers, change of registered office address, amendment on articles of association or Bye-laws, deregistration.

Education

Obtained master of Corporate Governance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University
