    Description

    Our client is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Administrator to join their team in managing a high-rise condominium units. The ideal candidate will possess strong leasing experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As a Leasing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in leasing activities, ensuring efficient tenant turnover, maintaining occupancy levels, and contributing to the overall success of the property.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct tours of the property to prospective tenants, showcasing amenities, and available units.
    • Manage leasing inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
    • Execute leasing agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Foster positive relationships with current and prospective tenants to enhance resident satisfaction.
    • Address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly, providing exemplary customer service at all times.
    • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting unit inspections and facilitating smooth transitions.
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.
    • Utilize online platforms, social media, and other advertising channels to promote available units and special offers.
    • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including prospect interactions, lease agreements, and rental payments.
    • Prepare leasing reports and analysis for management review, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting related to leasing revenue and expenses.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience in residential leasing, preferably in a high-rise condominium or similar setting.
    • Strong understanding of leasing principles, landlord-tenant laws, and fair housing regulations.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
