We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Client team across North and South America. The account team is responsible for the success of our client engagements - ensuring satisfactory delivery, fostering a culture of innovation within our internal team as well as with our clients, and identifying and closing new business opportunities.
You'll have experience already as an Account Manager within a digital agency environment but are looking for an opportunity to take this to the next level. You have the confidence and gravitas to create and maintain meaningful senior relationships whilst also demonstrating the ability to up-sell additional services and projects. Any previous experience working within the automotive industry would be beneficial for this role
Whilst this is a strategic leadership role you will be expected to have a hands-on tactical approach, responsible for iterating and driving continuous improvement across existing products and workstreams
Key Responsibilities:
Developing relationships to expand existing client accounts, getting under the skin of their business and shaping CI&T's solution to meet their goals
Maintaining and developing the highest standards of client relations, engagement and communications
Crafting and delivering account development plans for your clients
Reporting and management of the commercial/profitability status of your client portfolio
Ensuring delivery of client objectives by CI&T's delivery team
Liaising with the project teams to ensure client deliverables are meet on time and within budget
Working on new business opportunities, both small project proposals and larger-scale RFPs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working within a Digital agency
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to deliver work quickly, accurately and on time
A strong, client focused work ethic motivated by delivering high quality service
Team player who is able to work seamlessly with other teams across the business
A proven track record of creating success for clients across some workstreams/products.
Experience working on proposals and pitches, including those in which there has been a presentational aspect.
