    Senior Architectural Technologist
    Remote Position - Ontario
    Architecture and Design Firm
    Hybrid/Remote model

    Senior Technologist, Architectural Technologist, Senior Revit Technologist, Architectural Technician, Senior Drafter, Intermediate Architectural Technologist, BIM Lead

    An excellent Architecture and planning firm is looking for a very talented and capable Senior Architectural Technologist with experience working on a variety of projects, to join their busy and collaborative team.

    The successful Architectural Technologist will be able to createfull working drawing packages, construction documents and plans and be experienced in creating and submitting permit applications.

    With a fast paced environment and project deliverables and timelines to meet, the Senior Architectural or Building Technologist will need excellent project management and communication skills.

    Project experience across high rise, multi-family, mixed use and commercial projects is preferred (some large and complex project experience is necessary), as are strong Revit skills and a sound knowledge of the national building code.

    Architectural Technology Diploma or related Architecture education from a recognised institution
    ~Be currently living in Canada and have at least 5years of experience working with the building codes in Canada
    ~ Some multi-family, high rise, mixed use or large commercial experience is preferred
    ~ Experience working with Revit is essential - strong capabilities required
    ~ Experience working with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Officeis an asset
    ~ Work on some exciting projects with this busy and reputable firm
