    Western Wealth Capital has developed a proven, reliable system for investing in multifamily properties in key real estate markets across the U.We offer Investment Partners the opportunity to invest in cash-flowing properties with substantial value-add opportunities.

    We are seeking a Portfolio Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst for our North Vancouver, BC headquarters. Key responsibilities include compiling and performing financial analysis, developing, forecasting and financial planning process for a portfolio of properties.
    Property budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process for the portfolio of properties
    Financial analysis, modeling, reforecasting, and reporting for the portfolio of properties
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to inform cash planning for property capital projects
    Work closely with Asset Managers to compile ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from various investment partners
    Work closely with Asset Management, Construction Management, and Property Accounting to corroborate monthly property financial results and complete reforecasts
    Review property's financials and operational performance to identify and communicate insights, findings, issues etc.
    Support team with ad-hoc special projects, business analyses, etc.
    Support preparation of presentations and reporting to the Company's Executives and other stakeholders
    Complete property acquisition, disposition, and refinance models
    Assist with lender capex draws in support of the Construction Finance function.

    Assist with the property accounting team's completion of job costing reports (for the first two to three months) in support of the Construction Finance function.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and/or Real Estate
    ~3+ years of experience in real estate, finance and/or FP&A
    ~ CFA and/or CPA designation (can be in progress) is considered an asset
    ~ Experience in the commercial real estate, residential real estate, or property management sectors is considered an asset
    ~ Advanced proficiency in Excel, including building models, data analysis, dashboards etc.
    ~ Experience with Yardi Voyager and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools is considered an asset
    ~ Must have strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize
