    Community Manager

    Full-time / Remote

    Join Web3 and Chain solutions as a Community Manager and become an integral part of our team, shaping, and expanding our vibrant community across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Medium, Discord, and YouTube. We're looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in social network management or online community development. Take the lead in nurturing our community, driving engagement, and working both independently and collaboratively with our founding team and global community to advance our mission.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster an active and thriving community across various channels.

    Engage with new and existing community members daily, serving as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, feedback, comments, and resolving member technical issues promptly and professionally.

    Lead a small international team of moderators and volunteers, managing engagement, schedules, team growth, and implementing Discord moderation and security protocols to ensure a welcoming and secure community environment.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and host virtual events and initiatives aimed at educating, enhancing brand visibility, and connecting with community members.

    Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to align community initiatives with company objectives and roadmap.

    Monitor community sentiment and feedback, identify trends, analyze data from various analytic tools, and provide actionable insights for improvements and opportunities, sharing remarkable community stories.

    Stay abreast of emerging market trends and industry developments to inform strategic decisions, best practices, and optimize community engagement.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    Proven experience in community management, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFT/Web3, or online sectors.

    Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

    Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for cultivating positive relationships and fostering community engagement.

    Creative thinker capable of devising innovative strategies and tactics to engage and retain community members.

    Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote work environment, ideally with experience managing remote teams.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic setting.

    Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and community moderation techniques.

    Ideal:

    Familiarity with Bitcoin (or Ethereum), NFT ecosystems, and market dynamics, coupled with a keen interest in continuous learning and experimenting with new technologies.
