    Position Summary...

    Will work with various vendors and stakeholders throughout the business to project manage, implement and report on global and market systems, support the data analyst/data scientist and training requirements to support the compliance training and monitoring building blocks. This will include simplification of processes, seamless data access and integration, improving reporting, recommending and implementing new technologies for monitoring activity such as modules that track training, regulatory visits, incidents, audits and inspections. Performing ETL (Data Extract, Transform and Load), Data Pipelines, Data Quality Management as well as coding, scripting, and Power BI Dataflows.

    What you'll do...

    1. Manage and prioritize systems and analytics requests for the Ethics & Compliance Division to develop and maintain a systems and analytics roadmap, ensuring the roadmap is executed to plan. Regularly meets with leadership team to discuss reprioritization based on business needs, emerging risks, and budget / resource requirements to execute the roadmap.
    2. Lead intake meetings with subject matter experts to establish requirements and implement systems and data models to track compliance training, regulatory visits, compliance incidents, compliance and operational audits and assessments and solicit feedback from users in order to ensure continuous improvement. Escalates risks or system functionality where necessary.
    3. Develop and execute detailed project plans including scope, resource requirements, budget and schedule for each key compliance market or international systems, data models or program implementation projects. Collaborates with stakeholders in compliance, operations, ISD Canada and Global technology to implement compliance systems, data models and large complex data sets that meet business requirements (Data Lakes, GCP, External Data).
    4. Partner with Canada & Global Technology and Corporate Learning teams to develop reporting and ensure quality and accurate data that delivers monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Canada and Global Compliance Leadership and Subject Matter Experts.
    5. Collaborates with Global ISD, Global Compliance to provide consultation on objectives and projects and share best practice strategies to support maturity in their respective markets.
    6. Develop and maintain Data ETL processes, SQL programming, Analyze Raw Data, Improve Data quality and efficiency, create PBI Dataflows that are required for building reports, Dashboards and performing statistical analysis.
    7. Collaborate with the data analyst/data scientist to understand data requirements, gather data requirements, and integrate diverse data sources. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand data usage needs. Provide technical support to data analyst/data scientist encountering issues with data access or tools.

    Required Skills:

    • Bachelors or master's degree in computer science, Statistics or Mathematics
    • 3+ years of experience SQL and Python
    • 3+ years of experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing
    • 3+ years of experience in cloud computing technologies such as GCP
    • 3+ years of experience building visualizations with Power BI
