    Job Title:

    Salesforce Email Marketing and CRM Specialist

As a leader in the tech industry, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Email Marketing and CRM Specialist to join our collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

    Location:

    This role is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space. However, please note that occasional in-person meetings within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) may be required. Candidates should be prepared to attend these meetings as necessary.

    Position Overview:

    As a Salesforce Email Marketing and CRM Specialist at Tru, you will play a critical role in leveraging Salesforce and other CRM tools to drive targeted email marketing campaigns and enhance customer relationship management efforts. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce, proficiency in email marketing best practices, and a strong analytical mindset.

    Responsibilities:

    Email Marketing Strategy and Execution:

    Develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies to engage and nurture leads, drive conversions, and increase customer retention.

    Create and optimize email and SMS campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, personalization, and performance analysis.

    Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align email marketing efforts with overall business goals.

    CRM Management:

    Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to maintain accurate customer data, segmentation, and audience targeting.

    Implement and optimize automated workflows, triggers, and journeys to enhance customer experiences and drive desired actions.

    Monitor CRM performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    Analyze email and SMS marketing and CRM data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.

    Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.

    Make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and future strategy development.

    Compliance and Best Practices:

    Ensure email marketing campaigns comply with relevant regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

    Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to email marketing and CRM.

    Requirements


    Requirements:

    Able to attend in person meetings within the Greater Toronto Area.

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    3+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management, with a focus on Salesforce.

    Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms.

    Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.

    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques beyond email marketing.
