    Are you ready to lead the charge in crafting captivating narratives and groundbreaking campaigns? At Faulhaber, we're seeking a dynamic Director, Travel & Design to bring our brand promise of Seeing You Bigger to life and lead Public Relations across the travel and design clients.

    This role can be located in Toronto or Montreal but requires a minimum of two days per week in office.

    You must be legally able to work in Canada. Agency or senior level in-house PR role experience is required. The role reports directly to our President.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Management:
    From ideation to execution, you'll orchestrate integrated PR strategies that elevate our clients to new heights. Your knack for relationship-building will ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

    Agency Deliverables:

    As a pivotal member of our management team, you'll spearhead initiatives to exceed agency KPIs, drive new business development, and champion a culture of excellence.


    Key Skills:

    Strategic Vision:

    Your ability to blend creativity with strategic planning will be instrumental in delivering award-winning campaigns that resonate with audiences.


    High-Level Communication:
    Whether it's captivating presentations or impactful pitches, your communication prowess will captivate clients and stakeholders alike.

    Industry Expertise:

    With a keen understanding of the Canadian media and PR landscape, you'll leverage Tier A relationships to secure impactful placements and partnerships.


    Requirements:

    Leadership:
    You're a mentor at heart, dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative culture that breeds success. You'll lead a team or people and act as a People Manager.
    Experience: 8+ years of experience in PR, with a track record of driving results and exceeding expectations.

    Salary Band :
    $90,000 - $125,000 + performance bonus.
