    Description
    DIRECTOR, PEOPLE & CULTURE
    Lead the People & Culture function for thl's US and Canadian businesses rentals and retail brands.
    Retail Managers
    # Global Group Executive
    # External vendors, including payroll systems, workers' compensation, health and safety, legal and other advisors.

    Degree in business with a major in Human Resources or related field.
    # Solid understanding of all areas of the HR compliance environment in Canadian provinces and territories, California, and the wider US.
    # Extensive knowledge of, and experience managing, employee benefit programs with significant experience in US benefit programs.
    # Experience implementing and utilizing DayForce payroll and HRIS systems efficiently and effectively.
    # Significant experience in building inclusive, respectful work environments, including providing training and developing/implementing supportive policies and practices.
    # Ability to speak and write in French would be an asset.
    # High level proficiency in communicating (verbal and written) in Spanish is required.
    # Implement common practices and frameworks in recruitment, onboarding, retention, training, performance, productivity management and other areas.
    # Lead the company compliance with Canadian Provincial and US State specific legislative frameworks. Monitor and implement changes in federal and state / provincial requirements.
    # With a focus on developing our crew, lead and coordinate training for leaders and crew encompassing, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, technical skills and soft skills.
    # Support the development and implementation of global and US & Canadian cultural capability programs.
    # Participate in the development and lead US & Canadian implementation of a framework to foster inclusion and diversity.
    # Emotional Intelligence.
