About the Role
Shax HVAC is growing, and we are looking for a reliable, organized Office Administrator to manage scheduling, client communication, and daily service coordination.
This role is the backbone of our operation.
You will be the main point of contact for residents, property managers, and our technicians in the field.
If you are calm under pressure, highly organized, and strong at communication, we would love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule HVAC service appointments efficiently
- Coordinate daily schedules for technicians
- Communicate job details clearly to field staff
- Confirm appointments with residents and property managers
- Manage email communication professionally
- Maintain organized digital records
- Assist with invoicing and basic administrative support
