- Utilize the HR Solution UKG PRO to manage employee records.
- Maintain precise HR records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Offer guidance and assistance to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Execute the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with external entities for recruiting efforts (e.g., Colleges and Universities).
- Drive and support cultural initiatives throughout the company.
- Administer HR programs like employee surveys and performance reviews through the UKG learning module.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies to align with company objectives.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
- Thorough knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Prior experience with UKG or similar systems preferred.
- CHRP designation would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Capability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
