- Utilize the HR Solution UKG PRO for maintaining employee records.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with external parties in recruiting initiatives (e.g., Colleges and Universities) and promote culture initiatives.
- Administer HR programs such as employee engagement surveys, performance reviews, and training via the UKG learning module.
- Aid in developing and executing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to align with organizational objectives.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR work experience.
- Solid knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Prior experience with UKG or similar systems is advantageous.
- CHRP designation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
