    Description
    We are looking for a Senior Operations Assistant
    Managing day-to-day accounting and tax documentation under the guidance of our management team

    • Ensuring compliance with local and international laws (e.g., labor laws, tax laws, etc.)
    • Managing monthly payroll processes
    • Maintaining and building positive relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
    We're a fully remote company, so you should be comfortable getting things done with little oversight Strong background in operations management/administration
    Experience in day-to-day bookkeeping/accounting
    Good understanding of the Canadian tax system
    Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
    Availability during North American working hours (9 am - 5 pm EST, flexible)
    Strong communication skills in French, written and spoken
    Process automation experience
    Good understanding of the US tax system
    Experience in technology/software development
