    About the Role 12 month contract: As the Art Direction Lead, in close collaboration with the Creative Director, you will oversee the delivery and implementation of on-brand, industry-leading creative, maintaining Joe Fresh's high brand standards and adhering to seasonal creative directives and guidelines for all photography levels and shoots. We seek an Art Direction Lead with a proven track record in leading top-tier in-house campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our Project Manager, Design Lead, Senior Copywriter, Junior Art Directors and Graphic Designers to develop campaign concepts. Creative Leadership
    •Comprehend communication strategies through creative briefings, leading a team of designers under the guidance of the Creative Director to develop campaign concepts.
    • Produce and present comprehensive creative decks showcasing campaign concepts to internal stakeholders for review.
    • Establish and uphold photography and design standards, in alignment with guidance from the Creative Director, across all levels of creative (print, signage, large format, digital, social, video).
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration with on-set photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, and digital technicians to ensure shoots align with brand standards.
    • Oversee photoshoot edits with on-set teams to ensure consistency in lighting and tone.
    • Deliver notated post production decks, including retouching instructions, for Digital Artists.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient execution of product photoshoots, meeting shot count requirements.
    • Collaborate with Project Manager and external producers to plan shoots, identify and stay up to date on trending/new talent sources such as models, photographers, videographers, etc.
    • Provide mentorship and support for the professional development of team members.
    • Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstrate self-motivation, the ability to thrive under pressure, and adeptness in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Continuously enhance leadership and management skills.
    • Embrace feedback and foster open, two-way communication within the team. Who You Are
    • Possess 5+ years of experience in art direction
    • Preferably hold a BA or BFA in Arts, Fashion, or Graphic Design
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge in Figma is preferred but not mandatory
    • Experience in leading photoshoot teams
    • Experience with fashion retail a plus
    • Up-to-date on current industry trends
    • A strong portfolio, exhibiting print, digital and branding executions
    • Goal-oriented, with a proven ability to manage effectively amidst rapid change in a dynamic environment.
    • Possess strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and strategic-planning skills.
    • Demonstrate adeptness in relationship-building, presentation, and communication (both written and verbal), with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across various disciplines.
