    ROLE SUMMARY

    Join us as the Technical Shop Supervisor in our Rental Department, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to optimize operational workflows.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Ensure operational efficiency in the warehouse, maintaining high standards in equipment handling.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse processes, utilizing your technical expertise.
    • Manage equipment logistics and inspections to meet project timelines.
    • Optimize equipment delivery and returns, overseeing scheduling and transport arrangements.
    • Uphold safety standards and guide team members to foster a culture of innovation.

    TO BE AN ALL-STAR

    • Experience in equipment rental or audio-visual fields, with a strong technical proficiency.
    • Hold a valid driver's license and forklift certification, with the ability to manage loads up to 50 lbs.
    • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to professional growth.
    • Willingness to support project requirements and team goals through overtime work.
