    Description

    There are few things more vital to an organization than having a secure and stable core infrastructure. But it take a commitment to quality to be able to maintain that, while scaling, and strategically leading a Development team to incorporate Automation. That's the task being asked of this Head Of Engineering- but there's a lot to be offered as well.

    The key for the Leader joining this Physics and Mechanics solutions provider is to be ready overall strategic infrastructure growth, as well as committing to the personal and professional growth of the burgeoning Cloud tech stack..

    To really have your application stand out, a candidate will have managed teams working extensively with monitoring production systems in the past, as well as having led Kubernetes in an early-stage environment. GIven this Leader will guide an existing Development team, Hands-on coding ability (and a Software Developlment background) are essential, with increasing leadership responsibilities as the team grows. This is an opportunity for a Software Development Manager, or Director, to be given the keys for the next stage of his leadership career.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Previous hands-on experience managing dedicated CloudTeam in Start-Up or SAAS environment
    • Advanced Kubernetes proficiency
    • Experience Hiring/On-Boarding/Training DevOps teams
    • Proven success establishing Monitoring/reliability protocols and best practices across org.
    • AWS Services experience

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Coding experience (Rust, GOlang)
    • Experience supporting clients as part of leadership team
